Visitors to Colombo research on Google Maps and Instagram, take recommendations from hotel staff, and book each activity separately over WhatsApp. Faced with that much friction, they do less: one or two activities instead of three or four, and a shorter stay.

I read it as a trust and coordination problem, not a shortage of things to do. The proposal is iDiscover: a hundred verified experiences, instant booking, one payment and an itinerary builder for a 24 to 48 hour visit. The wedge is content rather than the booking engine. Narrated audio guides give a visitor something useful the moment they land, and that attention gets passed on to vetted local operators. Operators get next-day payouts and a dashboard in place of WhatsApp threads. The deck closes with per-booking unit economics and a beachhead of English-speaking Western visitors.
